Third day at the Tallinn Summer Showdown broke even more records and favoured Finns

Estonia’s Rein Ingland wins the Tallinn Summer Showdown Championship Event
Championship Event was a two-day tournament and the first day concluded when the bubble broke. There was a total of 173 entries made and that accumulated the prize pool of 82 175€! The final day started with 17 players, including 4 Estonians. Three of them final tabled the event, and one managed to go and win the whole thing. After agreeing to a deal heads-up with Finnish Jari Saviaho, Rein Ingland won the trophy and 15 900€ of prize money.

Team Competition has taken a new turn
Thanks to Jari Saviaho finishing high in the Championship Event, team “Roope Tarmi Fan Club” has taken the lead in Team Competition. The closest competition, team “VIP” has accumulated 25 points so far. Thanks to the big tournament prize pools, the Team Competitions prize pool is starting to get pretty massive, thus every point won is going to make a massive difference for the teams.
